Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, DCI State Operations (co) Commander, Forrest Clay Williams
aka "Frosty Williams"
DCI agent Frosty Williams is the lead errand boy and therefore lead killer for DCI. In 2006, Williams was "State Operations Commander" for DCI, suggesting to me that he roams the state, putting out threats to DCI...one way or another.
Like any manager of an organized criminal and terrorist organization, Williams has risen above being the trigger man himself, when performing political murder. When he came to my house in 2006 to "get on the same page" with me his murder mission was clear:
Tamper with me as a witness/ victim of his serial terrorist boss, Kebin Haller and if I did not submit to that terror, then Williams job was straight forward: Set me up for "justified killing" by his trigger man, the laughing jackel of DCI, Jason Moon.
Williams and Moon were JUST LIKE the secret police Argentina...East Germany...Burma.
What I had "done" ( to become the target of police terrorism in Wyoming) was simply be so insulted by the fascist (paid for by NRA) legislation... that would allow any person in Wyoming to feel a "need" to carry a loaded automatic weapon- without any review at all... that I wrote a letter to the combined House and Senate and opposed the pending gun legislation.
NOTE:
So, Forrest Williams came to my house to murder me. How much of me would die was up to me: My being a victim and witness of anonymous police terror... or my civil right to petition legislators... or, incited to "arrest for interference" I would resist and be shot and killed at close range in a staged execution. Choice was up to me.
Here is how it worked for 90 minutes in my living room:
1. First, Williams needed to tamper with me as the witness/victim of his boss, DCI Deputy Director Kebin Haller's illegal, cowardly, anonymous telephone harassment (which I had captured evidence of at the Wyoming state telephone switch).
In my home, Williams threatened me from filing charges and/or making public the fact that I had captured the evidence of state law-breaking by his jerk off boss, DCI Deputy Director Kebin Haller (who was using his office phone to anonymously harass me... on behalf of the fascists in the Wyoming legislature who were already organizing criminals (in Park County) to harass and threaten me by email for opposing passage of (their) gun bill. Heller knew that I was being threatened and harassed, so he did it anonymously...to "let me know" that the fascists had my phone number AND (probably) my address.
2. Beyond witness tampering, Williams' job was to incite me to anger, so I could be arrested for "interference with a law enforcement murderer." This ploy would make Haller's jerking off on the telephone during his anonymous harassment (from a blocked DCI telephone line) seem "reasonable" to any fascist judge who wanted to rubber stamp the "justified killing" so my estate couldn't sue them for wrongful death.
3. Along with his laughing jackel/ triggerman, Jason Moon, Williams tried everything he could think of to anger, incite and abuse me in my living room:
For example, I lost my First Amendment Right to petition my elected state legislators, "Because the first paragraph here is goofy!"
4. Once arrested for "interference" I would have resisted arrest. Then, Moon would have murdered me at close range with his concealed automatic pistol.
5. After my "justified killing" murder, Williams would collect skin DNA from me and apply it to himself, to support the two murderer's contention that I attacked Williams and Moon had no option, other than shooting me, a, "justified killing in protection of a police assfuck murderer."
Three Wyoming law enforcement officers have confirmed the above as a possible- if not likely- scenario, as to why Williams and his thug came to my house: Witness tampering, suspension of equal access to the law, suspension of civil rights, threats and a warning, never to write "like that" to the fascist Wyoming state legislature again (remember, "The first paragraph here is goofy!) incitement to arrest and killing by single or multiple gunshot for resisting lawful arrest.
Since 2006, when I've contacted senior federal law enforcement officers about Williams, they start out with a beer buddy appraisal of "What a nice guy." Then, they hear the story and hang up with "good luck" (as though they're talking with the soon to be dead man...or someone on his way to a FEMA death camp like the ENDGAME camps in Arizona.)
Here, word-for-word, is how Williams murdered my Wyoming and American citizenship:

This bastard, Williams, and his "bodyguard" killer, Jason Moon, were in my home in March of 2006 to kill me - one way or another: As a citizen or, if need be, as a human being.
I have no doubt that they were prepared to murder me then use their knowledge of forensics to wipe my DNA on Williams, so that Moon's "justified use of deadly force" matched their story that I'd attacked Williams and Moon had no choice but to execute me like a Chinese MSS agent.
Williams is probably like Kebin Haller, hoping to to be promoted by the fascist elite that puts him in the position of doing illegal missions for DCI and their fascist bosses, DCI's resident screaming terrorist (or anonymous little boy) DCI Deputy Director and resident anonymous telephone jerk off Kebin Haller.
What makes Williams particularly dangerous is that, as State Operations Co-Commander (Williams was demoted after he fucked with me in 2006) he instills DCI's fascist culture in DCI field agents and local cops, statewide.
The abusive techniques of lying bastard cops like Frosty Williams makes DCI agents lie to judges (so the judges will sign warrants, allowing DCI to fuck ordinary citizens with unlawful searches and murder them under color of authority for resisting.
The REAL message from good old Frosty Williams in my home was simple to understand, "You fuck with DCI and press charges against Kebin Haller for violating two state laws when he called you like a 14 year old telephone jerk off... and we'll destroy you, you goofy little fuck. Are we now on the same page?"

I did NOT threaten anyone. I did NOT commit any violation of law. ALL I did was oppose their abstract "God wants all Wyoming people to carry guns" (Wyoming Gun Owners lobby brochure) bullshit; and piss the fascist bastards off (that someone as articulate and capable as myself WOULD oppose such fascist, NRA-bought and paid-for legislation). It was simple, I needed to be threatened and harassed... and stopped.

Then, when that didn't work, Williams tried to incite me by telling me that I'd just lost my right to petition elected law-makers, "Because the first paragraph here is GOOFY!"
