The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation seems to have MANY agents with a history of multiple previous employment and residences (as though they lost their previous jobs and ended up in the corrupt bastions of DCI.

MEET JASON MOON, aka BOZO THE DCI KEVLAR CLOWN!

DCI agent in charge of Laramie, Jason Moon, is a thug and well-trained incitement-to-arrest (so the citizen can be murdered for resisting arrest) assfuck, in the mold of the worst DCI agents ever described to me (by criminals, lawyers, FBI agents, cops and day care workers; all interviewed for this report).

Jason Moon may be an example of DCI enthusiastically hiring another law enforcement agency's loser. Moon seems to have a history (in law enforcement?) spanning Elko, NV...Spring Creek, NV...Parachute, CO... Salt Lake City, UT... and finally, Laramie, WY (all by the time he was 32, in 2006).

The first time I saw Agent Moon, he was making an (illegal?) traffic stop on Sheridan Street in Laramie in an unmarked silver Chrysler Crossfire. I then saw him speed away at 40-50mph in a 30mph zone. Because he's with DCI. He can break the law...he's above it! (same goes for DCI agent Robert Leazenby, who stopped me, illegally, on I-80 in an unmarked Jeep Cherokee in 2008, after I put up these web pages.)

Moon as been described to me by a Laramie-based law enforcement officer who is also assigned to the SE Joint Task Force, as "Someone who got into law enforcement for the wrong reasons."

(ignores bad cop MOON and turns to good cop FROSTY WILLIAMS)
"Really? What was wrong with my letter to the state legislature?"(opposing a concealed weapons bill)

FORREST WILLIAMS
"Well, the first paragraph here is GOOFY!"
(again, incitement to arrest and murder under color of authority: I was supposed to get mad at Moon for suspending my most precious civil right. Then, when that didn't work, Williams tried to incite me by telling me that I'd just lost my right to petition elected law-makers, "Because the first paragraph here is GOOFY!"

This bastard, WIlliams, and his "bodyguard" killer, Jason Moon, were in my home in March of 2006 to kill me - one way or another: As a citizen or, if need be, as a human being.

I have no doubt that they were prepared to murder me then use their knowledge of forensics to wipe my DNA on Williams, so that Moon's "justified use of deadly force" matched their story that I'd attacked Williams and Moon had no choice but to execute me like a Chinese MSS agent.
