Terrorist, telephone jerk off and lawbreaker

In his work as a police terrorist, Kabin Haller is sanctioned by the fascist (corporate and politically-controlled) authority of the Wyoming Attorney General and the Wyoming Governor's office to act as (their) lead police terrorist in the state.
Haller has been caught (by me) using his office and telephone to threaten and investigate citizens-without cause and without lawful authority... on behalf of the state legislature and on behalf of DCI employees like Steve My___, the current information technologist for DCI.
Haller is an example of the American Mukhabarat (Arabic for secret police) that I predict will evolve, during the coming half-decade in America, on a state-by-state basis as a so-called response to the perceived threat to the "Continuity of Government." (see DHS Operation Endgame)
Haller is a suckup. He sucks up to legislators and is willing to perform political violence- against lawful citizens who oppose special interest legislation.
In 2006, this little creep called me from his office telephone (anonymoulsy like a little 14 year old jerk off) then hung up once I answered his single question "Is this J____ G____?"
It took me 12 minutes to capture the evidence (at the Wyoming state telephone switch) of someone breaking two Wyoming laws:
6-6-103 Illegal use of phone.
6-5-107 Official misconduct.
Haller made his call at a time when he knew I was receiving threatening email, for opposing a concealed weapons bill that was desired by the current Governor, Matt Mead (then U.S. Atty) and by State House Leader, Colin Simpson.
Like any suckup, Haller imposed himself in the harassment to further deny me the civil right to petition my state representatives. When I caught the evidence at the telephone switch, identifying the anonymous telephone jerk off, U.S. Atty Matt Mead (now Governor who employs "retired" DCI agents as a paramilitary force on his ranches) sent two armed DCI thugs to my house to threaten me, suspend my civil rights, incite me to arrest (for interfering with them) and murder me under color of authority for resisting arrest. (in this tape recording, "On the same page" means, "You fuck with DCI, citizen and we'll fuck with you any time we want because we're DCI")
EVIDENCE shows that Haller abuses all kinds of people using state telephones. This woman's husband was a police officer at Warren AFB. If you don't do what Haller wants you to, he screams obscenities, disconnects your ability to call 911 for help and surrounds your house with agents...until his boss, DCI Director Forrest Bright learns of the abuse and puts little Kebin back in the DCI little boys room to play with himself.
