Here is how fascism works in Wyoming:
In 2000. Governor Jim Geringer'[s chief of staff, Rita Meyer, telephoned a vice president at the University of Wyoming and told him that
the university had no business even considering research that was of interest to an FCC commissioner
(who wrote the Wyoming citizen who had proposed the research to help the
state, its people, its schools and the university) because "the university doesn't have any authority to set state policy."
The "state policy" at the time was fascist suppression of in-state business entrepreneurs who didn't get the stamp of approval of Wyoming leadership like Geringer's office, State A&I and the ultimate "yes man" Tucker Fagan of the Wyoming Business Council (which was actually led by Geringer).
That was in 2000. Now, here's how Matt Mead followed that fascist tradition in 2006:
In March of 2006, U.S. Attorney Mead ignored a citizen's written plea for help in gaining access to evidence, captured by Wyoming State Telecom, evidence of illegal, anonymous political harassment, coming from a blocked and untraceable Wyoming state telephone.
Mead ignored the citizen to ensure that the citizen did not enjoy equal protection to the law.
Instead, Mead threw that law-biding citizen to the wide-open abuse of Wyoming's corrupt secret police (Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, whose senior administration turned out to be the bastard who had anonymously harassed the citizen... the day after being tasked to do that Wyoming House Leader Colin Simpson. The citizen was effectively opposing Simpson's pet concealed weapons bill and needed to be threatened and harassed into silence.
When this citizen captured evidence (at Wyoming State Telecom) of this illegal and anonymous telephone harassment- illegal because it originated from state telephones- BOTH U.S. Attorney Matt Mead and Wyoming Attorney General Pat Crank chose to protect the corrupt secret police apparatus of Wyoming from public disclosure and possible prosecution. This is how the subversion of democracy and freedom occurs, as elite police are used by elite politicians to harass citizens...and are protected from disclosure by elite governance and administration.
This is Wyoming today... and Argentina in 1980, Germany in 1933, Alabama in 1960.
This little true story is very simple:
1. In February of 2006, Wyoming House Leader Colin Simpson co-sponsored a dangerous gun bill that I lawfully opposed- in written language that was entirely legal and proper. 2. I was immediately harassed by another Park County Republican, Alan Jones, who also exposed me to a criminal whose email described me as "dangerous...and I carry."
3 I complained about this threatening harassment, in writing, in another email to "House Ladership".
4. The next morning, my home phone rang and an anonymous man, using a (blocked) State Telephone, called me, asked if it was me and hung up (the day after someone was describing me as "dangerous" and telling me that they (illegally, as Park County Sheriff found) carried guns...someone was calling my home, asking if it was me...and hanging up.
5. I captured the evidence of the phone call's origination with Wyoming State Telecom in Cheyenne and reported the captured evidence to the answering machine of the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation's Deputy Director, Kebin Wade Haller.
7. The two top law enforcement officers in Wyoming ignored my letter.
9. Because, it turned out that the illegal and anonymous caller-working as a secret police political terrorist- was the man I'd called at DCI: Deputy Director, Kebin Wade Haller.
10. BOTH the U.S. Atty and Wyoming Atty General chose to sacrifice a citizen's equal protection under the law- in favor of protecting a documented serial police terrorist and thug, DCI's Kebin Haller, a bastard terrorist cop who is available to House Leaders to perform anonymous political harassment and who screams obscenities at wives of police officers and illegally threatens their arrest. This is Wyoming fascism:
1. Matt Mead quits U.S. Atty in 2007, so he can be appointed to the U.S. Senate.
2. Ignored for that position, Mead runs for Governor in 2010 with a million-plus dollars of his own money in the race, he lies about protecting Wyoming citizen rights and values. 3. In the GOP primary, Mead trails GOP front runner, Rita Meyer, who has 1/5th the money in her campaign. Mead desperately exposes his fascist support for the NRA, describing his half mile-range sniper rifle and paramilitary assault rifle "states rights" philosophy against federal gun law protection.
4. Unable to beat Meyer, Mead solicits Colin Simpson's (fourth place) campaign to issue last-minute attack ads against Meyer, which cost her the GOP primary by just 700 votes, statewide. Simpson's campaign manager, Joe Milczewski, a knife-wielding Sigma Nu vandal from the 1990's, cuts Rita Meyer's throat for money and his own position (part of the new "elite" of throat-cutting GOP fascists- not to help fourth-place Simpson in any possible way.)
Mead will become Governor, Simpson the Wyoming Atty General.
Now, Wyoming will have an AG who uses corrupt secret police for political harassment... and a Governor who employs retired DCI as a private paramilitary security force at Mead Land and Cattle Company.
Mead will go to the U.S. Senate when Enzi retires, Simpson will become the next fascist Governor and follow his "states rights" fascist and elitist buddy to the Senate... and Wyoming will continue to be in the pocket of special interests and entrenched elite families...for another generation!
Fuck me! I'm just a citizen who believes that the U.S. Consitution's First Amendment gives me the right to oppose legislation I don't like- even if it opposes NRA and other special interests! But not in Wyoming!
In my own home, two DCI agents threatened me for an hour, profiled me as a criminal and suspended my most precious civil right:
(DCI thug Jason Moon) "You can't write letters like that to the State Legislature."
(DCI state operations commander Forrest Williams) "Because the first paragraph here is goofy!"
"On the same page" is assfuck cop talk for "You fuck with us and we'll split your ass open with a search warrant and fuck you any way we want."
Two years after they came to my house, I was attacked on Interstate 80 by a DCI unmarked car, which pulled me over, just to "tap me on the shoulder". I'm now "on the same page" with the secret police of Wyoming, "We know who you are, what you drive and and where you live. We can fuck you any time we want."
I've been told by law enforcement in Albany County that DCI has profiled me for Department of Homeland Security as a threat to the United States because of my "propensity to challenge authority."
If you think that is bizarre, you don't know about the FBI's profiling of U.S. citizens and groups, from the 1950's-on, to "determine" their communist... or anti Viet Nam war...or environmentalist... or anti-globalist..."leanings". In the coming decades of "America's War on Terror" the United States government and state police nationwide will eventually turn on law-biding citizens who are not "on the same page" ... and "deal with" individuals who are "threats" to central elitist control: People who can organize demonstrations and "movements" which threaten the central authority of the U.S. Government and fascist wanna-bes like Matt Mead and Colin Simpson. In the prolonged financial "downturn"- which America will never be able to redeem itself from crushing debt- American governance will, itself, become "outsourced" to corporate interests.
Wyoming is simply a small-town precursor of this national fascism.
