Matt Mead: "Man of the People", multi-millionaire land owner (a man with the apparent ambition of becoming the biggest land owner in Wyoming: Possible reason for the Governor to have appointed a former DCI kiddie porn cop to be in charge of Wyoming State IT. Who better to do "data mining" of state records... to "smell" weak ranches that are about to fail so Mead Land and Livestock can buy them? Sounds smart to me!).
Not only that, but Matt's a man with a documented history of forming civil conspiracy- as U.S. Attorney- with the Wyoming Attorney Genreral: To protect a DCI political terrorist who makes anonymous threat calls to law-biding citizens who dare oppose "special interest" (paid for) legislation in the Wyoming House and Senate!

In 2006, DCI's Deputy Director, Kebin Haller was secretly working (illegally and anonymously) for the Wyoming State legislature... as a threat agent. He seems to desire promtion for being a "can do" guy.
In going after a Wyoming citizen who had lawfully opposed no-permit concealed weapons legislation in 2006, Haller showed his willingness to endanger the life of every cop in Wyoming- in favor of secretly working with the "pro gun" fascist right of the State Legislature...and with people like Matt Mead (who offered a job to Haller's boss, DCI Director Kurt Dobbs, a month after the conspiracy in March of 2006 successfully protected Haller from disclosure.
When I got the anonymous call from Haller, I tried calling the State telephone number on my caller ID back. It was blocked.
It took me 14 minutes to capture the telephone switch data at the State Telephone switch in Cheyenne, briefly speak to the FBI and then I was referred to the anonymous ______ who had just called me!
Imagine Kebin's surprise when he came back to his office from the DCI little boy's room (you know where boys go when they make naughty anonymous phone calls) and he found my message on his machine, asking for a call-back about evidence I now had on the State Phone switch!
Nothing happened. I called Haller a week later, left another message (maybe he was in the boys room again because it turns out that Kebin Haller is a SERIAL telephone terrorist who even threatens families of police wiht obscenity-laced threats of false arrest. Such a busy boy...cops familes... citizens, targeted by the fascist legislature. It's a wonder the #2 DCI agent has any time for law enforcement!
With no response from Haller, I turned to both Wyoming AG and US Atty Matt Mead for help.
Matt Mead chose to protect the police terrorist. This tape recording shows that the US Atty and Wyoming AG formed a civil conspiracy with DCI
The man on the tape was DCI's State Operations Commander. he was brought down from Gillete to lead the witness tampering mission on me. I came home from JURY DUTY that day to find two Mukhabarat on my driveway, "We want to talk to you about your letter to the State Legislature." Frosty Williams had an inch thick intelligence profile on me, gathered during two years of secret surveillance of my company web site from the State servers, "Curly" and "Anarchy." I hadn't heard the phone message (above) and only knew they were at my home to harm me, somehow. Because ALL I was interested in was who was making illegal calls- not an armed civics lesson from two cop thugs. My letter, opposing the gun bill was entirely legal, non threatening AND EFFECTIVE! I stopped the bill in conference with the Senate.
The mission of these DCI citizenship killers was simple:
Kill my citizenship, and/or
Incite me to anger, then arrest me for "interference" and- if I resisted- kill me in my home for "resisting arrest and attacking a law enforcement officer."

In my living room, I had to put up with lies, obfuscation about Haller, how "We need people like you" (very East German!).
When I didn't seem particulary "secret police friendly" Williams and his shooter, DCI Agent Jason Moon (described by others on the SE Joint Task Force as a dangerous man who "Got into law enforcement for the wrong reason" did everything they could to incite me to anger: They laughed at me when I said I'd cooperated in the past with DCI (a prior experience where I learned DCI's servers had been hacked by a 16 year old). In my living room, for over an hour, I was profiled as a mentally-unbalanced, borderline criminal with "a propensity to challenge authority" (a plan which would have allowed for both DCI's "justification" for the original DCI anonymous political violence by Kebin Haller... and for the use of deadly force in killing me when I "attacked" the agents in my home while "resisting arrest."
Here's how Behavioral Analysis Interview baiting works:
(DCI Laramie thug, JASON MOON): "You can't write letters like that to the legislature."
(ignoring the "bad cop" incitement to make me angry, I turned to his boss, DCI State Operations Commander Frosty Williams for clarification):
"Really?" I said to Williams, "and what was wrong with my letter, opposing a concealed weapons bill that threatens every cop's safety in the state of Wyoming?"
(Williams, after stumbling because I was "off script", made a big show of opening my inch-thick DCI file)
Now, pay attention. Remember, "The question" to the cop from the citizen was "What was wrong with my letter to elected state representatives- that I now have to be subjected to unconstitutional prior restraint of my First Amendment Rights by secret political police: (drum roll..... the answer is):
"Well, uh, the first paragraph here is GOOFY!"
(again, the rehearsed DCI mission was to incite me to arrest. I was simply being told that I'd lost my First Amendment Rights because I was "goofy"...by armed bastard cops who were tampering with me as a witness against their boss and the conspiracy that had sent them to me!
I was supposed to get mad at that!
They couldn't get a rise out of me. When they left, they wanted to see my Ferrari, like a couple little boys in love!
This is Wyoming! Fascist gun legislation, designed to turn people against each other in fear... enforced by a secret political police Mukhabarat to ensure its passage!
Let's elect Matt to Congress! He'll make us more secure in our "conservative" values! USA! USA! USA!
